Passage to Jaluit and Jabor Jaluit Pictures

Just a few pictures from our trip from Majuro to Jaluit.  Then a few pictures when we reached Jabor Island.

Gorgeous sunrise on the way to Jaluit.
The sunset then got fiery.
This is opposite the sunset - the storm that we thought was going to dissipate.  It didn't.
A pretty rainbow greeted us as we reached the pass.
Then it stretched across the pass.
I was so happy to arrive.  I am jumping for joy!
We reached Jabor in the morning, so we had the rest of the day to explore.  This was built by the Germans, so before 1919.  It's used as a water catchment.  You can see the modern addition on the right side.
I love how the palm trees are so neatly arranged in rows.
You see this everywhere.  Too bad we don't appreciate the flavor.  We have yet to acquire the taste for jakaru.

A cute little pig enjoying the mud.
We were wondering how this massive tree trunk got so far out.  The water had to have come up pretty high.
This tree is massive.  It has to be pretty old.  And right behind it was a huge pig cooling off in the shadow of the tree while in the salt water.
Paul and I ordering our coffee at P.J's.  Folgers never tasted so good.
Paul started playing Chinese checkers with T-Jar and Monica.  TC appears to be looking on longingly.
A view of Cherokee from PJ's Cafe.
Kids sharing a bike.  I saw this boy again today with a different girl.  He must get all the ladies since he appears to have the newest bike on island.
We want to spread the joy of jumping throughout the Marshalls (for our dear friend Alex).
You should check out Alex's photo blog of jumping pictures from around the world.  Check it out here.  You could take your own jumping pics and send them to her.
